First thing you should know about me – I have always believed in magic. You too?   

 As a prairie girl born and raised in Saskatchewan, I am grateful to live, work and play on Treaty 4 Territory.  The path I walk is rooted in supporting groups and individuals to create paths to community, connection and wellness through strategy building, leadership development, capacity building, hosting and healing practice.  I am honored to continually grow and learn with the amazing diversity of people in our communities who share the gifts of experience, wisdom and hope.   

 The incredible journey with the Training in Power Academy began for me over 10 years ago.  At that time, I was battling pain, illness, depression and… myself. Little did I know that Level 1 would be the doorway to profound change, healing and connection with a community of people with whom to walk this beautiful journey. I look forward to welcoming you!
