From the time that I was a child, I always wanted to help people. People often gravitated towards me for that help – when they needed someone to talk to or just to listen to them. Growing up, I was the person who could sit with someone and help them feel better. Later, when I began working as a Communications Coordinator, my colleagues and clients often recommended that I become a counsellor or a psychologist. The idea of going back to school was intimidating, but taking Level One changed my perspective. I was given tools that helped me connect to my Spirit, identify my dreams, and then turn them into reality.

So I returned to university and earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (with honours). As a Registered Nurse, I now work in Home and Community Care Support Services. Over the years, the many courses I’ve taken with Training In Power^TM Academy have helped me hone my personal and professional skills, making me an even more effective communicator and Leader in my profession and in my community. I’ve been able to give so much, without feeling like I have lost anything in energy or in Spirit. I know that the training has given me an ‘edge’ in my career and personal life, and I want to share that gift with those who are seeking it. Especially those who are gifted as healers, like me.
