I have been an avid seeker ever since that morning in 1985 when I looked in the mirror and, in a moment of existential angst, cried, “There’s got to be more to life than work, food and television!” That started me on a path of discovery and remembrance through breathwork, energy medicine, shamanism, and Training in Power. In 1995, I was in one of many dark nights of the Soul, when a colleague introduced me to Training in Power. Even at Level 1, I could feel the impact of this powerful work in all aspects of my life; my experience of and trust in the power and healing potential of this work continues to call me on to greater awareness’s and deeper insights.

As my corporate career as an engineer and program manager was winding down, I began my studies in various forms of energy medicine including Polarity Therapy, Cranial Sacral Unwinding and Reiki. Training in Power continues this integration of the mind, body and spirit and takes it to the next level. I am excited to teach Level 1 to continue my own spiritual growth while helping to set my students on this profound path of expansion, elevation and healing.

I currently live in the Seattle area. In addition to TIP, I take great joy in volunteering, developing creative outlets, and spending precious time with my extended family and cherished friends.
