I am a mother, a writer and a communicator.  I have always identified as a mother; long before I had my own children, I nurtured and took care of those around me. I instinctively knew what others wanted and was resourceful to fulfill those needs.  What I didn’t realize was that all of my energy was spent helping others, and I had precious little left for myself.

This course provides the energetic training to set healthy boundaries and sustainable tools to fill your cup with endless love.  For those of us that naturally identify with the caregiver role, there is a really powerful way to find peace and protection while continuing with our treasured work.
