I’ve been working in health and wellness for over 10 years, and I see a strong correlation between our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. With this awareness, I enjoy wearing many hats and working with a variety of clients through personal training, manual therapy, doula support and teaching meditation.

As a child I was very curious, and had a lot of questions about life outside of what I could tangibly see. I knew there was more out there, though I never felt like I was getting the answers that I was looking for.

Through my own journey of learning and healing, I’ve evolved and discovered parts of myself that have empowered me and shifted my life in amazing ways. I could not be more grateful for this work and to offer it to others!
