The first time I predicted a future event in detail I was about 6 years old and the experience frightened me.  For decades after that I denied my intuitive abilities, focusing instead on evidence-based science.  I embarked on a career in health care: first as a pharmacist, later as a consultant and eventually finding my life’s work—improving women’s reproductive health programs in developing countries.

My journey with Training In Power™ began in 1994 and it helped me manifest my life’s work.  I was finally ready to explore metaphysics, embrace my psychic abilities, and break free from all that prevented me from living the life I dreamed of.  In Level 1 I learned how to listen to my intuition and interpret the information I received, and importantly, how to shield myself from other people’s energy.  I also learned how to work with the subtle energies of the body to promote healing and wellness in myself and others.  Over the years my knowledge of energy healing has deepened and I developed a lecture titled“Energy Healing – The Science Behind How It Works.”

In addition to teaching Level 1, I also teach adult sailing at the Center for Wooden Boats on South Lake Union in Seattle.
