Level 1 Teacher - Vancouver

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a yoga teacher. As a counsellor, my specialty is somatic trauma therapy which involves tuning in to your own body and paying attention to areas that are causing sensations and noticing those parts that are numb.

Yoga is also about feeling your body and the Training in Power™ courses align with that by helping get you seated in your body and allowing your emotions to be experienced. So, my life is integrated in that everything I do is about being grounded, authentic and connected to a higher power and helping you uncover your authentic self.

As a spiritual seeker, I tried out many different groups, courses and practices over the years but I finally found what I was looking for in Training in Power™.

“The truth shall set you free.” In order to heal ourselves, we must face the truth. The Level 1 course I teach will provide you with the tools to assist you to do that.

My book, The Tar Pond: A Novel Inspired by True Events is available through Amazon or can be ordered from your favourite bookstore. I am also a 5^th Dan Black belt in Uechi-Ryu karate, a certified Life Coach, an amateur musician and stand up comic.
