Level 1 Teacher – Regina

I am honoured to teach this unique system that guides people to achieve a deeper sense of self and how to make choices to enrich and bring meaning to life. I began teaching this powerful work in 2011.  My own journey began in 2007 when I was searching for a practice to help me relax and focus. That is when I did my first Training in Power™ class.  From that first class, my life changed for the better.  I found increased life, wellness and purpose!  So a spiritual journey began, and that led me to be more connected, clear, focused, loving and more myself.   I have learned to search for answers internally and that inspires me to teach others how to discover their own path.

I am currently a consultant, small business owner, wife, mother and grandmother living and journeying in Regina, SK.  Mac is my golden doodle, companion and teacher!
