Thinking about it now, I realize that I was a seeker for many years.  But it wasn’t until life-changing events occurred at age 28 that I realized a need to explore what was keeping me caught in patterns that were preventing me from living the life that I wanted to live.

I then explored various disciplines in the healing arts, including BodyTalk, Reiki, yoga, qigong, and holistic nutrition.  But, it wasn’t until I found Training in Power™ that I started learning to live emotionally grounded and present with myself.  The energetic systems supported me in creating a safe space to open to love and live authentically.

Through the course work, my relationship with Spirit, as well as my capacity for intimacy with myself and others, have grown tremendously. I have been living my passions. I recently completed a BFA in Vocal Jazz and founded Aklima, a climate justice-themed a cappella vocal improvisation ensemble.
