I am a research and design consultant based in Victoria, British Columbia. My spiritual journey began in 2008 shortly after my aunt introduced me to this work. I was struggling with anxiety about the high expectations of my graduate program at UBC. I was also feeling depressed about leaving a relationship in Manitoba to focus on my career. Level 1 taught me how to meditate, protect my energy, and heal my soul.

Once I learned the difference between “personal power” and “Divine Power” my life took on a different meaning. In July 2021, I was hit by lightning while kayaking in the Kootenays. I healed a concussion in 12 weeks using this meditational system, even though doctors predicted it would take 12 months. That experience called forward a deep desire to share this work with others. I currently teach online and in the Greater Victoria Area.
