In 1997, when I took the foundation course, Level I: The Prophet, I noticed an immediate
improvement in my physical health, including relief from chronic joint pain. Using the tools of
the course I quit cigarettes after years of failed attempts. From there, teaching Level 1 became
a goal for me and I continued my studies in the Training in Power curriculum. On the way, I
found a community made up of individuals striving to live the highest expression of their soul’s
purpose, united by a common language of meditation and healing. I found a true path with
heart.

Inclusion, respect, truth and humour are among the principles I honour in my classroom. My
passion for the TIPA curriculum continues with ongoing independent study and professional
