I have always been very intuitive. As a child, I would stand outside a room to feel what the “vibe” was before entering. I was called “sensitive” as I would cry randomly. When asked, I often didn’t know why. I now know that I am an empath and would feel other people’s emotions.

I left a religious background and started my spiritual path in my early 20s. I knew there was a Higher Power that loved everyone and wasn’t cruel or spiteful. During my search for a teacher, I explored several modalities. There was always a feeling that something was off. It took over 20 years to find my Level 1 teacher but in that moment I knew.

I took Level 1 because I couldn’t meditate no matter how hard I tried, and I knew I needed to learn how to shield desperately. I jumped into my first Level 1 class in 2017.

I daily use the tools I have learned. My life is richer and healthier. I am beyond blessed because of this work. I am grateful to be able to teach Level 1 and would be honoured to be your teacher.
