I love what I do. I am a Cranial Sacral therapist, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) licensed practitioner, Reiki Master, intuitive energy healer and certified mind-body-spirit meditation teacher.  My goal is to assist my clients in finding their true essence.  I lead them on a journey of stillness.

I took my first course (Level 1)  in Training in Power™ in 2010, and before I knew it I was in Level 6!  I have always been interested in learning, and this particular training opened up my heart and mind to so many wonderful tools and concepts.  It has allowed me to speak my Truth and to live the life of my dreams.

In my level 1 course I help students discover a new way of Being and give them the tools they need to create the life of their dreams.
