From a very early age, I felt there was more… a feeling there was something greater to connect with.
I just didn’t have the knowledge or tools needed to to understand what was calling to me.

Having struggled with ADHD, I believed I was incapable of slowing my mind down enough for
meditative practices. So I gave up trying.

When I found Training In Power, or should I say when it found me, everything changed and I began to
learn about and remember who I really am.

I knew I was meant to teach Level 1 the moment I completed it. The experience was life changing. It
opened my eyes to a depth of knowledge and inner power I never knew I had. I felt a strong calling to
share this work and help others unlock the same potential within themselves.

My approach is grounded, accessible, and rooted in the belief that every journey begins with a single
