I have a Masters’ degree in counselling psychology and worked as a therapist for eight years with both children and adults. I currently work in human resources, with a focus on workplace wellness. I am passionate about helping others to find their optimal health and well-being – leaving behind old wounds and all the ‘chatter’ to live a life of calm and clarity, love, and abundance.

I first discovered Training in Power™ in 2004. I had always been interested in personal growth and development, and to that point had lots of experiences learning about myself through counselling, personal development workshops, self help books, etc. But I somehow knew that there was something more, something different, that would help me to heal and transform at a deeper, more profound level. I met my Level 1 teacher at a Wellness Fair, and signed up on the spot to take Level 1- the Prophet, with very little awareness or understanding of what it was all about. And I have never looked back! This immensely powerful system of active meditation and energetic healing has transformed my life, my health, and my relationships. I have a strength, confidence, and purpose that I would never have dreamed possible, and the power to create a life that I love!
