As a small child I knew that there was something, some force, something great, something powerful and magical that I was a part of. I had no language for it, no way to communicate it and no expression for it in the world around me. I felt alone in this awareness.

As an adult I had experiences in my life which brought me back to this connection and awareness. I saw it in nature, in the power of the ocean and in the trees. I felt it when I danced, when I surfed, and on several occasions my safety was protected by a powerful force.

As I sought deeper meaning in my life and exploration into myself, I became a student of Training in Power. I felt the frequency of this energy around my teacher, and I asked her what it is she did.

Taking Level One gave me the access to what I had always felt and known as a small child. This course taught me to connect to that awesome and powerful force that I knew was there the whole time. It gave me the tools to protect myself, and to feel safe in my new found awareness.
