Hotel Facilities Information

Kitchen Units: In general, not available at this location. If you are someone who would like to have this option provided, please email me conferencecoordinator@gmail.com and I will see what I can do.  The motels that would offer this would be within a 7 – 10 minute drive to the hotel where our conference will be held.

Fridges: The hotel plans to have fridges in each room before our conference dates. It is also hoped that the rooms will all be equipped with microwaves by the time our conference takes place.

Pets: The hotel no longer accepts pets.  I have made special arrangements at an additional cost to allow 2 individuals to bring their pets.  I cannot guarantee any further pet rooms.   Please make alternate arrangements for the care of your pet during Level VI.

This is a FULLY NON-SMOKING location.  This means that you are not allowed to smoke anything, anywhere inside the buildings.  Smoking areas are provided outside for those who smoke.  If it is discovered that you have been smoking in your rooms or elsewhere within the complex, you will be fined $100, per incident, by the hotel. This is hotel policy.

Gentle Reminders

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel after the 31st of December, you are responsible for the full payment for the space you have reserved, even if you do not attend.   

Late Payments Policy: If your final payment is made after the 15^th of January 2010, you will forfeit the early bird rate and will revert to the regular rate for the conference.  The regular rate is $250 more than the Early-bird rate.
